Delivery Service
Cost will be determined at time of Sale. Full disclosure of stairs, entry (doors) opening, and clear path to appliance drop area at time of purchase is required. If delivery drivers arrive at residence and cannot get the appliance in the door, appliance will be left outside the door. SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is three-fold
Can the appliance be repaired, or parts replaced?
If we come to your home and it is an issue caused by the homeowner, there will be a $50.00 service charge.
* If applicable, we will determine if the appliance could be repaired and/or replace part(s).
Can we swap out the appliance with another?
Does our inventory have a replacement appliance that is similar in size, cost and model?
If the appliance swapping out has a higher sale price the offset price will be paid by the customer. The Appliance Patch Store has the final determination of difference.
*If , and only if, we are unable to repair/replace parts and/or swap out, we will reward a full refund.
1 Year Warranty
1 Year Warranty begins from the date of purchase. After 30 days, a $100 deductible applies for every service call.
**Under our warranty we do not cover the ice/water dispenser or any lines associated. **
We strongly suggest new lines installed before use, as the previous owner may have contaminates/hard water preventing optimal use.
IMPROPER INSTALLATION and USAGE
The Appliance Patch assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain product as set forth by manufacturer. A fee will be assessed if the technician concludes the consumer is at fault. A fee for parts and/or labor may apply ($50 min).
IMPROPER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
The Appliance Patch is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or damaged components resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit. A fee for parts and labor may apply ($50 min).
Return Policy

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at appliancepatch@gmail.com or by calling (616) 894-0878, prior to taking any other action. Failure to contact us to attempt a dispute resolution prior to taking any other action will result in a breach of this agreement by you. Any resolution to your dispute will be considered by us in good faith and you agree to abide by our decision.
