Delivery
The cost of delivery will be determined at the time of sale. Full disclosure of stairs, hills, door openings, and a clear path to the appliance drop area is required. If our delivery driver arrives at the home and cannot get the appliance in, it will be left and it will be up to the customer to get the appliance in their home. ALL DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
30 Day Warranty
Can the appliance be repaired, or parts replaced? If we come to your home and it is an issue caused by the homeowner, there will be a $50 service charge. *If applicable, we will determine if the appliance can be repaired, or if we should swap it out with another appliance. If the appliance swapping out has a higher sales price the offset price will be paid by the customer.
*If and only if, we are unable to repair/replace parts and/or swap out, we will award a full refund. There is a minimum $50 restocking fee on all returned appliances. (Per Appliance.)
1 Year Warranty
This 1 year manufacturer warranty comes with new appliances, this begins at the date of sale. After 30 Days, a $100 deductible applies for every service call.
**Under our warranty we do not cover the ice/water dispenser, or any lines associated.**
We strongly suggest new lines being installed.
**Under our warranty we do not cover gas ranges, if you convert them to LP without a certified technician.**
Improper Installation and Usage
The Appliance Patch assumes no liability for parts/labor coverage for component failure or other damages resulting from improper usage or installation, or failure to clear and/or maintain product as set forth by the manufacturer. A fee will be assessed if the technician concludes the consumer is at fault. A fee for parts and/or labor may apply. ($50 minimum)
Improper Electrical Connection
The Appliance Patch is not responsible for the repair, or replacement of failed/damaged components resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops to the unit. A fee for parts and/or labor may apply. ($50 minimum)
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at appliancepatch@gmail.com or by calling (616) 894-0878, prior to taking any other action. Failure to contact us to attempt a dispute prior to taking any other action will result in a breach of this agreement by you. Any resolution to your dispute will be considered by us in good faith and you agree to abide by our decision. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**
